Autumn Conference, November 13, 2008, AgroParisTech
New quality criteria for farm animals are being talked about in all fields of animal production (genetics, nutrition, breeding) and production systems: robustness, hardiness, sturdiness, elasticity, flexibility, plasticity. The meanings of these words and the way they are used are variable and depend on the application domain and on the corresponding points of view. The AFZ Autumn 2008 Conference will present and debate these criteria. Click here to download the programme. The PDF files of the presentations are available below (in French).
